CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been shipped or is marked “Out for Delivery”, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests for orders already out for delivery will only be considered after the product reaches the original delivery destination and is processed as per our return policy (if applicable).

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds will be initiated only after successful cancellation or return approval (where applicable).
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method/account used at the time of purchase.
  • The refund processing time is typically 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider policies.
  • In certain cases, delays may occur due to banking procedures, which are beyond our control.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to verification and approval by our team.
  • Any applicable charges (such as shipping or handling fees, if non-refundable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or refund requests that do not comply with our policy terms.
